staging a home for sale

 

For this 1970’s home, the owner had already moved out, but left behind some furniture.  She had taken good care of the home, yet wasn’t sure that staging would make a difference.  The home had a great floor plan, but lacked color and an up-to-date style.  We rearranged the furniture to highlight the focal points of the room.  Then, we then added a punch of color with a rug, a red painting and other artwork, as well as accessories that were contemporary enough to update the style of the home.
