This was a Victorian home in central Denver. It had features like a unique fireplace, original door hardware and a surprisingly open floor plan. However, since it was vacant, it was hard for a buyer to appreciate the size of the space. In fact, given the age of the home, and some detracting factors like an outdated ceiling fan and loud fluorescent bulbs in the kitchen, there wasn’t much to make you linger around. We set out to change this by purchasing new light fixtures (Piper Electric handled the installation), having it cleaned from top to bottom, and renting furniture that fit the home’s style. Now this house feels like a home - ready for someone to move in and enjoy it. |
