This was a beautiful Craftsman home in the Park Hill area of Denver.  It had some amazing features, but the living room, the first room a buyer would see, lacked energy.  Not surprisingly, the owners reported they rarely used this room.  We brought in artwork and accessories to draw your eye to the woodwork and other details, and to make the first impression “pop”!  Now the room looked like a wonderful space for entertaining or relaxing.  After staging, this home sold in just one week.
